Some are on a tight budget, while others fly first class.  Some have never left the USA; others are seasoned travelers.  For accommodation, most mix it up – perhaps camping for the first time in their lives, then enjoying a fancy reef resort.  But all want top notch guides to take small groups on tour. You can eat on fine china downunder – just like at home.  But you can’t have a bush BBQ with damper and billy tea at home.
