Kangaroo Island was awesome. Our guide, Bill, from Kangaroo
Wilderness Tours was a natural and a delight.... The lunches Bill
prepared both days were a great and pleasant surprise. The B&B,
Stranraer Homestead on Kangaroo Island was absolutely lovely.... The
food Lyn prepared was delicious... The ride to see the fairy
penguins that evening was an unexpected bonus.
There aren't enough words to describe our view from our room at the
Thala Beach Lodge near Port Douglas -- ocean and mountains, but you
knew that when you booked it. We often just sat there and enjoyed
the view. We decided to have all three dinners there since the food
was very good and the view from the dining room couldn't be beat.
I think one of our favorite days was actually my birthday, when we
sailed on the Synergy to the Great Barrier Reef!!! The weather was
spectacular. There were only six of us. We snorkeled for the first
time ever and it was a great experience.
....[in Sydney we] arrived at the Quay West Suites, went up to our
room and were spellbound!! The view of the Harbor, Opera House and
the Bridge was mesmerizing. We didn't want to move from that spot...
.... It was a wonderful trip and I just couldn't have planned an
itinerary like this. You did a superb job and it was a trip worth
taking.... I would certainly recommend you if anyone is planning a
trip to Australia..... Thank you, and thank you again, Karolyn.

Dear Karolyn,
We thoroughly loved our three weeks in New Zealand. When we
go back someday, we would at the very least re-visit
Wharekauhau and Queenstown…. One of the greatest museums
we’ve ever seen anywhere is the Auckland War Memorial. The
Pacific and Maori exhibits were so extensive! And the driver
you hired for us was a great idea. He was very
knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, good sense of humor – a
regular Kiwi!

allowed a worry-free itinerary with each day leading to a

view the rock art in the isolated aboriginal territory of
